Pkg price includes: one-hour prenatal visit, our four week (8hr) signature Symbiotic Birth childbirth education course, 8 hrs of in-person doula support, labor and photography and a one-hour postpartum visit. The Symbiotic Birth package is our most popular doula contract, because it is a great fit for first time couples or those with history of longer labors or medical induction. With our YBH 4 wk #SymbioticBirth Course included, couples learn the skills needed which creates more confidence to labor at home, departing for their birth place closer to active labor (6cm or beyond), and all while getting tips as needed and updating their doula of when to join them. Our Not my first Rodeo Doula package includes: one-hour prenatal visit, 1 two-hour Labor Review Workshop, 6 hrs of in-person doula support, labor and birth photography and a one-hour postpartum visit. Learn options regarding various methods of induction, bishop score, advocating, informed consent, pros and cons of various options and natural ways of prepping the body for labor/ induction. Email yourbirthhelper@gmail for more details.

Pkg price includes: unlimited 24/7 access to consult via text/cell before, during and after birth for questions or suggestions, second hand birth photography (as best we can over FaceTime (video clips or photos of your labor/birth, birth announcement video and/or traditional birth story and postpartum follow up visit, if desired. Contract includes 1-10 prepaid hours with additional 5 hr blocks (10-15) reduced to $200. When paired with our YBH Symbiotic Birth Training (virtual or in-person), couples who have acquired the necessary skills to best manage labor, with coach support, at home, as long as possible, have found they are still quite successful in achieving low intervention, drug-free natural birth.
