A four week segment of study to empower expectant couples to meet and exceed their personal birthing goals. “Labor and Giving Birth” are equivalent to a woman running a marathon. To be made easier, one must calm both their mind and body. It requires stamina, strength, and a level of physical preparedness. Practice is key to success. This series is a once a month format. This four month prep allows clients to practice what they have learned and master proven concepts to lessen pain for mom before moving on to the next segment of study.
