Join Doula Pam for a hands on childbirth class @M2bFamilyFarm. Mom and her labor coach/partner will learn and practice prenatal exercises, how to maintain proper nutrition thoughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, and practice relaxation techniques proven to lessen discomfort and pain during labor.
