Our live labor role play is a couple's hands on labor practice workshop.  Bring along your labor coach (i.e. spouse, partner, friend or family member) to accompany mom for two hours of labor simulation using contraction timing, pain lessening, breathing and relaxation techniques, labor coaching tips, etc.  Dress comfy and bring water bottles.  Be prepared to assume a variety of positions including: (weather permitting) outdoor walks, indoor floor and various exercises, massage, bathroom, kitchen, living room position practice, birth & peanut ball uses, and even bathroom/ commode tips and various pushing positions, third stage tips,etc.
