Come learn a wide variety of techniques, positions,strategies to best manage labor and the how to’s of avoiding unnecessary pain during contractions. Bring the coach of your choice and we will train them how to support you. Lastly, don’t forget you need to know how to properly expel a baby.

Cost is $60 (up to two people) for the two hour detailed workshop instruction. If you do not have a labor coach in attendance, one of our Doula's can partner up with you during training. Please let us know if you need a receipt. We provide clients receipts (upon request) via email online.
