Time to train limited? This two hour class will empower you to get prepared training your body and coach for labor (first, second & third stage), pushing/ giving birth and common hurdles.

Cost is $400 each call/ class is two hours in length. ** Virtual Training 4 wk reduced to $200 for four 2 hr classes.
